1E pit fiend

While I dig that 1e Pit Fiend, I gotta say that 5e Eidolon is my favorite. Hits me right in the nostalgia button! Thanks for doing a cool giveaway!

I think the Lolth figure is my favorite. I like the look of this one over some of the other variations of her that have released. Also really like both shadow demons, the 5e elf, and the 1E lemure. This set is pretty great, thanks for sharing!

Love the eidolon!

I started out playing D&D using my dads old first edition stuff, so this brings back some fond childhood memories. I absolutely love this set and I’m glad wizard made it. Also the first edition githyanki was my favorite!

Out of that set the old PIt fiend would be my pic. But the Modrons in this box set are my absolute favorite.

Love it! And as a dragon fanatic Im happy you got the Crystal dragon. Chonky boi or gurl😆 I fear... that we dont get the Adult Amethyst dragon before 2025, fear kinda they just mess up the consistent scaling/ sizing to the new JUST before the final Adult dragon of the 15 main. My OCD couldnt handle it😔

That 1st Ed Pit Fiend is amazing! But seeing that many dups doesn't encourage me to buy a booster brick.

The Green Knight was my favorite out of this. Great job pulling two chase minis!

The Old Pit Fiend

I love both of the shadow demons, but my favorite of the day would have to be the Green Knight from the Holmes Basic cover. I want to be able to get this and the Blue Wizard to go with the Red Dragon I have on order for my birthday, and then pose them all in front of the Holmes box that I learned to play from back in 1980.

Either of the lolth figures would be amazing. Same with those pit fiends

1e Pitfiend is way cooler than the 5e version.

(Not a US citizen, sadly 😩) Dang these look good! 1e pit demon was probably the coolest, but the 5e elf is so versatile for a cool npc or a pretty high level magic character!

The Mordenkainen miniatures are both so great! The classic looks like it was ripped right off the page, while the new has the 'extravagant' feel you'd expect someone like Mordenkainen to have!

So few use cases for bringing out the mini of a god at a table, but that's incredibly cool - the Lolth one looks awesome.

The old school mimic cracks me up every time I see it! Something about just straight up getting punched instead of eaten is somehow more insulting lol like you are almost eaten and survive, you have bragging rights. You are sucker punched? Not so much, you are just the butt of everyone's joke in the tavern lol

Mimics, followed closely by kobolds!!!! and the 1e blink dogs, but the pit fiend 1e is also excellent... lots of good stuff in these boxes

The rampaging Eidolon 5e is great and both shadow demons, but the 5e version with the paint fade looks awesome

I think I’d go with the Eidolon, though I like the 1e Shadow Demon a lot as well. I also like 1e kobolds because they appropriately little dog people and not little dragon people.

Yeah, that Eidelon is freaking epic, definitely my favorite from this brick.

The Green Slaad. Although from the whole set, the Uni mini hits the nostalgia button. I wish they’d included the classic Beholder and Displacer Beasts from their Monster collections here, even if that would have meant competition between two different products. Both monsters are so emblematic of D&D as a game.

Pit fiend 1e is definitely the best in that brick.

What other Lloth mini besides the Magic one and this one is he referring too?

The first edition Pit Fiend is immaculate. The painting is amazing, definitely my favorite. Gotta love how big the dude is too!

Have you done a video on techniques to straighren out minis and or their curved staves?😮 I would do one, but I have no clout.😢 I use a hair dryer, heat it up, hold the mini and dip it in cold water. Repeat as needed.😊

My favorite has to be the green knight I like armored minis but I also like the dragonborn skeleton for its uniqueness

Been playing/DMing off and on since '76. I can't decide between the Eidolon and the 1ed Pit Fiend. Both are awesome and bring back fond memories...

Eidolon is what i like most out of this video, but that's so close here. I'm happy the 1e Shadow Demon is Uncommon. Venger will be the challenge. Has anyone seen or heard of Ranger, Cavalier, and Acrobat?
